GLIFY members have been volunteering with Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) since 2017. FCSN provides information and assistance to children with special needs, adults with special needs, and their communities. Our volunteers teach dance lessons, art class, and LEGO class to children with special needs, helping them develop new skills and have fun. Such interactions help GLIFY members understand children with special needs, develop interpersonal skills and have more empathy. Classes are scheduled on weekends with various times and locations. GLIFY also regularly volunteers at the FCSN Family Fun Fest.
FCSN’s children have put on fantastic performances at GLIFY’s talent shows.
